He advised his sons to monitor their PSA levels due to the potential genetic link, inspiring others to prioritize their well-being. As a father to two sons and three daughters, his cancer diagnosis prompted important health discussions within the family, emphasizing the value of familial support.

Throughout his journey, Mr. Cole discovered effective coping mechanisms for the challenges of prostate cancer. He emphasizes the importance of regular check-ups, open communication with healthcare providers, and seeking professional help for mental well-being. Despite changes in sexual functioning, he cherishes moments with his children and grandchildren, exemplifying a positive outlook on life.
